Cutting foods from our diets and random and getting caught up in the cycle of calorie cutting and under eating followed by seasons of binging and over eating. I teach my clients how to make this a lifestyle change so you don’t feel guilty about skittles or popcorn at the movies. Instead you learn how to find the HARMONY in your food choices and empowered to move forward free from binging and making your own food choices.
This current challenge, the EVOLVEProject falls over the holiday season to support you from pumpkin pie to hot cocoa. I will give you recipes to replace those cravings but ALSO show you how to fit in the REAL things when you really want it.
